The business model revolves around providing “A Brokerage Specialist”. I work for you. I do not have any new boat manufacturers, boat dealers, marina owners pressuring me to sell their product. I do not have any floor planning. No banks to keep happy. I just work hard everyday to sell brokerage boats. I will do whatever it takes to get the job done. Some examples-I showed up early on a Saturday to show a boat in Leamington to some customers from the USA-a 5 hour drive for each of us. When I got there and checked the forward bilge it was very dirty. Thankfully-in my road kit I carry spay nine and cleaned it up. I met a client in Quebec City whom I just sold a 2012 Cruisers 455 to. He wanted some help selling his 37 Sea Ray so I visited him and his boat before coming back to Montreal to set up my booth for the annual February Show there. With 23 Years of Successsful Boat and Yachts Sales behind me there are very few situations that I am not familiar with.
